Society Change #3

I woke up once again to Charri beating down my door. I came out and she was in an even worse state then before. As it turned out, the king didn’t take my advice and went with his own plan, which was basically hoarding all the food for himself and his men. That didn’t turn out that well, for all the Ashcai were outraged. They apparently broke into the King’s cave, killed the King and all of his men, and stole back some food, which has already been eaten and now there is no food.  Ashcai appear not to be as peaceful in crisis times as I had hoped for…
Charri started pushing me towards the king’s cave again. When I asked why, she said that I was the new king now. I was puzzled, why am I king now? Apparently, the king had no heirs and the Ashcai considered me the smartest creature on the planet. I decided to go along with this, but only until I established peace in Salva once again.
When we made it to the cave, there were several Ashcai, Stigcai, and Agcai arguing in Kinch outside of the cave. Several were even trying to fight with one another. Charri kept pushing me towards the group of them telling me that I had to do something. I tried to shout at them telling them to calm down, but this backfired. They started to direct their anger at me and started shouting at me and some even tried to bite me.
I went to plan B, I pulled out my black pistol gun, which I always carried on my just in case of something like this, and fired a shot into the air. All of the Ashcai fell silent after this. I told them that I was the temporary king and that I will try my best to fix this; Charri translated what I said into Kinch.
They didn’t seem that happy but decided to take my word for it anyway; maybe my gunshot scared them a little into it also. I can only hope that I can fix this…


Society Change #4
Today was the first day for rebuilding. The real question was how I was going to solve the food shortage and control the rioting. I pondered on this for awhile, and then it hit me. We could invade Burger World and steal their food, whatever it may be! When I met up with Charri, I told her my plan, but she questioned how we would invade.
After a few minutes of thinking, a bunch of complicated and stupid ideas, and a snack time later, they came up with the best plan ever. We will just walk into Burger World; steal all of their food, and run as fast as we can out of there! It was fail proof!
After we came up with the plan, we got together with a few Ashcai, grabbed some barrels to keep the food inside, and made our way to the laboratory. The scientists were also starving and decided to help us out and let us use the teleporter.
They turned on the teleporter and we all got in. We landed in Burger World. We then started to search for the Burger Kings’ natural food supply. As it turned out, Burger Kings eat only ground beef, weird if you ask me. None the less, I needed to find food for the Ashcai and this was the only thing we could get. We started to load up the barrels full of ground beef.
We had all the containers filled when one of the Burger Kings realized that we were doing and they did not look happy that a bunch of furry animals and a human were stealing their food. We began to run away with the barrels and the Burger Kings were chasing us. They were about to catch us when I shot a warning shot in their direction using my pistol. They stopped chasing us after this and we made it to the teleporter.
We then found ourselves back on Otakid, and everyone was overjoyed to have gotten enough food to feed all the Ashcai until they could come up with a cure for the “Gootcha-Gotcha Disease.” Charri looked so happy that I was able to help the Ashcai and fix the food crisis, that she hugged my leg crying tears of joy. I guess I can stay here a little longer, at least until they cure the disease and I teach the Ashcai how to eat ground beef…
